LEMON POPPY SEED MUFFINS

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners, or grease lightly. Whisk together milk, oil and eggs. Add Lemon Poppy Seed Cake Mix and stir until moistened. Batter may be slightly lumpy, do not over-mix. Divide batter evenly in muffin tin. Bake for about 25 minutes until tops peak and are lightly browned.
